He moved in to join his 3 new Greyhound buddies as if he’d always been there and knew he was home – he explored, but behaved ‘cuz he knew it’s his place too.  Carl continues to amaze and please with his presence.  He is playful, gently affectionate, has impeccable manners, and loves his scritches. Male, White & Black, DOB 10-3-05, 77 lbs.  Farley has now come out of his rehab and he has hit the yard running. He's put on about 10 pounds and still growing. This young boy is full of energy and loves to play. Farley loves going for rides in the car, but most of all loves to be around his people. He crates easily when asked and will try very hard to coax a treat away from any hand that may have one. His big expressive eyes could melt even the hardest heart. Farley will never be a jogging partner but he'd be a greyt walking companion. Male, Red Fawn, DOB 3-22-03, approx. 70lbs. Prince William is a beautiful red boy. His is very regal with his deep red color and his big dark brown eyes make him a real charmer. He is playful, curious, loves to play with stuffed toys, and is very good at throwing them in the air and catching them - he can really throw them HIGH. He crates well, has excellent house manners and uses the pet door. His specialty is going to M&G's - he loves attention and really knows how to schmooze a crowd. He gets along well with his housemate buddies, 1 male and 2 female Greys and a Westie Terrier. He is small dog tolerant, but would prefer a home without those of the feline persuasion. Male, brindle, DOB 6-19-05, 72.5 pounds--Wizard has moved to foster care and is lovin' every minute of it. He gets on well with the resident Grey and they take a run around the yard every evening. Wizard spends time in his crate when his people are away from home and does well. He met a small dog and was less than impressed, not giving her a second look before walking away. Wizard discovered toys not long ago and thinks that all of them should be on his bed. He gladly shares since there are so many to choose from. Ty loves this retirement thing, with ear rubs, brushing, & walks around the neighborhood. She's smart to boot, learning quickly about house rules. She crates well, loves absolutely everyone she meets from little kids to seniors. She gets along with the small dogs & other greys in her foster home, even the big puppy that continually tries to get her to play. Ty doesn't really care for the cats that prowl the house, but she's learned not to stick her nose in the rat, rabbit, ferret or bird cages. She's just a real cutie and a wonderful companion. Dash has over 100 races behind her, has raised a litter of pups and is now ready for her third career as a beloved family member. She lives in her foster home with two kitties and two resident Greyhounds. Dash loves her stuffies and even has a couple of favorites. She loves to collect them in her crate and often we hear a squeak or croak in the night when she lays on them. She has excellent house manners and crates easily. A sinewy beauty, Giggles loves to cuddle, and offers loving little nibbles when happy—she also “chops”. Walks and treats are very high on her list of favorite things, along with scampering about while throwing toys in the air and catching them—she may even have fetching tendencies. Giggles crates well (for a treat), is a dream on a leash, and is very outgoing without being overly assertive. Female, Black, DOB 2-1-04, 64lbs.  Zo is a sweet and affectionate girl - a charmer with gentle kisses to give who looks you in the eye with that special twinkle that just captivates you.  Curious and smart, she helps open each drawer and door in her foster home and has even decoded the mysteries of the dog proof covers on things that her Greyhound and small dog buddies are still working on.  She pre-lim tested ‘cat workable’ but does not live with one. She is fun to be with and loves getting her scritches.  Zo is the daughter of “Designing”, who has been adopted through our program, and her name has gotten the attention of several Led Zeppelin fans that recognize ”Zoso” as the title of their “Rune” album which is actually the third most popular selling album of all time.
